This vintage piece does have a couple issues. There's a few tiny holes in the top shown in picture. The skirt elastic is still stretchy but both ends are held in place with safety pins. Shown in picture.
Says size 16, check measurements to ensure a good fit because I'm pretty sure a 1950s size 16 is different than today's size 16.
