After purchase, I wore them 2-3 times and then stored them in the box.
There are a few marks on the inside near the big toe, as if the sneakers rubbed against each other (please see the photos for the extent of the marks).
The box, tags, and cardboard shoe supports are all included.
Since this is a used item, please refrain from purchasing if you are sensitive to such things.
