Brand New High Quality 4" /100 mm Precision Tilting Rotary Table Features to tilts between 0- 90 Degrees & can be locked at any working position. Worm Gear Ratio -1:36, which means that the 1 handle rotation shall turn the table by 10 Degrees. Hand wheel is graduated in divisions of 10 min & can be set to zero. Provided with oil nipple for oiling of inside body. Setting grub screw to dial and adjust the table to horizontal flat @ 0 degree is being given along with a locking screw to lock the table at the desired position. Center Height in horizontal position when lay flat : 2-3/4" (70 mm approx) without the Adapter & 105 cm (with ER16 & ER20 ) collet adapter mounted on it. Center Height in vertical position: 2-1/8" (53.5 mm approx) .Hand wheel is graduated in divisions of 10 min & can be set to zero. Base Dimensions : 142 x 128 mm. 2 Opposite counter drills of 9.5 mm diameter are located at a PCD of 102 mm approx for mounting. Body & table are made of caste Iron. Rest of the parts are made of tool steel. Body is painted black. Knobs, dials and locking screws are all plated and Rest of the working surface are precisely ground. Rotary's handle are knurled for firm gripping while rotating and epoxy black finish for a long rust free life. This package include an ER16 , a ER20 collet adapter with fixing t nuts and bolts along with a M6 clamp kit having epoxy black finish for a rust free life. The clamp kits are also hardened and precisely ground before that.
