When properly used, bungee lines protect your boat by eliminating the jerking and tugging caused by non-bungee lines, reducing undue stress on your gunnels and cleats. Use for temporary docking only. The Multi-Loop Docking Bungee is not to be used for overnight docking or for extended periods of unattended docking.
