The Webb Unibilt track and trolley system is exceptionally versatile. Jervis Webb Unibilt Enclosed Track Conveyor Systems are ideal for light to medium duty applications. Systems can be hand push (manual), simple motorized circuits, or “power and free” systems where the trolleys can engage and disengage from a moving chain. This Jervis Webb 122452M1 hand push trolley has nylon load wheels, steel guide wheels, and a 250-pound capacity. You can connect up to 4 trolleys together with a load bar and carry up to 1,000 pounds. Patented side guide rollers keep the trolleys rolling smoothly, even when negotiating curves. Webb high carbon enclosed track (the Unibilt system) includes straight track, horizontal curves, and vertical curves.
