Welcome to Careersa.org (“Careersa,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). Careersa provides career development services, mentorship, and job search tools through our website and related services (collectively, the “Services”).
By accessing or using our Services, you agree to these Terms of Service (“Terms”), our Privacy Policy, and any additional guidelines or rules that apply to specific features of our Services. If you do not agree, please do not use our Services.

1. Eligibility and Accounts

  • You must be at least 18 years old to use Careersa.
  • You agree to provide accurate and complete information when creating an account.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities conducted under your account.
  • If you believe your account has been compromised, you must notify us promptly.

2. Use of the Services

You may use Careersa only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to:

  • Job Alerts: Integrations with third-party job platforms (e.g., Adzuna, Job Bank, Jooble, Indeed, LinkedIn). We do not control, endorse, or guarantee third-party listings, and we are not responsible for their accuracy or availability.
  • AI-Powered Tools: Resume feedback, cover letter drafting, assessment reports, and career exploration suggestions. All outputs are generated by artificial intelligence and are provided for informational purposes only. Users must review and validate outputs before use.
  • Mentorship Services: Access to mentors verified by Careersa for experience and qualifications. Careersa does not guarantee mentorship outcomes, employment offers, or admissions results. Mentorship frequency and demand are determined by mentees, and Careersa does not guarantee a minimum number of bookings for mentors.

4. Payments and Subscriptions

  • Certain Services, including mentorship and premium features, require payment.
  • Payments are processed through third-party providers such as Stripe.
  • Subscription fees are non-refundable unless otherwise expressly stated.
  • You are responsible for all applicable taxes and compliance with payment obligations.

5. Intellectual Property

  • All content on Careersa.org, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is owned by or licensed to Careersa and is protected by intellectual property laws.
  • You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from our content without our prior written permission.

We may remove content or suspend accounts for violations of these standards.

  • We do not warrant the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of AI-generated outputs, job listings, or mentorship advice.
  • We do not guarantee employment, internships, promotions, or career advancement.
  • Your use of the Services is at your own risk.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Careersa shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising out of:

  • We do not guarantee employment, internships, promotions, or career advancement.
  • Your use of the Services is at your own risk.
Our total liability for any claims shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the Services in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Careersa, its affiliates, officers, employees, and partners from any claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses arising out of your use of the Services or your violation of these Terms.
