Over the years, I have developed a passion for mentorship, leadership development, and career coaching — all rooted in a desire to see individuals not only succeed professionally, but also thrive in environments that align with their personal values and long-term aspirations. My mentorship philosophy is centered around equipping individuals with the tools, mindset, and confidence needed to navigate the evolving demands of the corporate world. This is a broad-based environment that has tremendous opportunities and pathways for all sorts of specialties and interests. Some of Canada’s largest employers happen to be national leaders in the retail environment. Some of the areas I’m excited to support mentees with our corporate strategy, data/analytics, financial management, project management, sales, business development, operations, and technology. One of the key areas I am especially passionate about is supporting new Canadians as they transition into the workforce. I understand the challenges that come with entering a new cultural and professional environment, and I am committed to helping individuals bridge that gap. Whether it’s through résumé and interview preparation, career planning, or navigating organizational dynamics, I strive to provide mentees with practical insights and strategic guidance that make a real difference. While my formal experience is rooted in leadership and strategic roles, I’ve consistently taken on informal mentorship responsibilities—whether through coaching team members, sponsoring high-potential employees, or advising peers.
