I hold a doctoral degree in Polymer Chemistry from the University of Sherbrooke and bring over 20 years of experience in the chemical industry. I currently serve as Head Chemist at a Canadian-based silicone manufacturer. In my role, I oversee manufacturing processes and lead new product development, specializing in functional silicones and organic materials. I have over two decades of experience in the chemical industry, with a strong focus on polymer chemistry, silicone formulation, and process optimization. My expertise spans from lab-scale synthesis to full-scale manufacturing, including the development of functional silicones, specialty organic compounds, and emulsions. I have led numerous projects in new product development, scale-up, and quality improvement, contributing to both technical innovation and commercial success.
