Support to make your journey easier

Whatever your role or situation, we’re here to provide guidance in a clear and reliable way so you can move forward with confidence. Our goal is to make sure you always feel supported and never alone on your journey.

For Jobseekers

On Careersa.org, the terms Jobseeker, Mentee, and Client all refer to the same entity. These words may be used interchangeably throughout the platform and support center.

To fully use the features and services of Careersa.org, all jobseekers must subscribe to at least one plan (even the Free plan) and sign in each time they visit the website. Without signing in, you will not be able to access job alerts, mentorship booking, or other personalized features.

This Support Center represents the complete and final set of policies and procedures applicable to all users and mentors. No additional documents or policies are implied or required beyond what is provided here.

To create an account, visit Careersa.org and select “Sign Up.” Enter your full name, email address, and password. A verification email will be sent to confirm your account. If you forget your password, click Forgot Password to receive a reset link. Accounts locked due to multiple failed login attempts can be restored by contacting Technical Support.

You can create job alerts based on filters such as job title, industry, location, and salary. Alerts are delivered to your email daily or weekly, and each includes a direct application link. You may pause or edit alerts at any time to keep them relevant.

The job listings from job alerts are for reference and may not represent all opportunities. Please adjust your alert settings based on your preferences, conduct your own job search if needed.

When you upload your resume and a job description, our AI compares your background against the employer’s requirements. You will receive a “match score” and feedback highlighting strengths and gaps. For example, if the role requires “SQL knowledge” and it is not included in your profile, it will be flagged. This helps you determine whether to emphasize transferable skills or pursue additional training.

Qualification Assessments are powered by AI and provide indicative results only. Please use them as guidance and update your profile according to your personal background. For additional advice, you may adjust the information yourself, use other career resources, or consult a mentor if you would like personalized guidance.

Careersa’s AI analyzes the job description you provide and generates a tailored resume and cover letter. Review the drafts carefully, personalize them with details such as achievements or project experience, and ensure they highlight your most relevant skills. You can select formatting options to suit corporate, creative, or technical industries.

The Resume & Cover Letter tool is powered by AI and provides draft materials for reference. Please review and update the content to reflect your individual achievements and circumstances. For further support, you may make updates yourself, use external resources, or seek assistance from a mentor if personalized advice is desired.

The Explore Career Path feature uses AI to analyze your skills, education, experience, and initial career goals. It then suggests potential career directions and roadmap that align with your background and highlights roles in related industries where your skills may be transferable. This helps you consider alternative opportunities, explore emerging career options, and make informed decisions about your professional development.

Explore Career Path is powered by AI and provides suggestions for reference purposes. Always consider your personal circumstances when making career decisions. You may research independently, use external resources, or seek support from a mentor if personalized advice is desired.

There are two types of mentorship models:

(1) A-Level (Advisory): One-time or short-term sessions for resume reviews, interview practice, or career advice.

(2) P-Level (Placement): Ongoing structured mentorship designed to support you toward the placement. This includes end-to-end job search support, meeting with mentors regularly, and a longer timeframe that may range from a few weeks to several months depending on the situation of each jobseeker. This model is designed to provide comprehensive guidance and support that may enhance the mentee’s opportunities in securing a role, but employment cannot be guaranteed.

All mentorship session availabilities are managed by mentors on their dashboards. As a signed-in jobseeker/mentee/client, you can:

(1) View available time slots for each mentor.

(2) Select and book the appointment that fits your schedule.

(3) Receive an automated confirmation once the booking is successful.

(4) Use the messaging board (bottom right of the platform) to communicate directly with your mentor after booking.

If no available time slots are open but you wish to connect with a mentor, please click the Request Support button to notify our team. We will assist in facilitating contact with the mentor or suggest suitable alternatives.

When an appointment session is completed, the system will send you a message requesting feedback and a rating of the service. Your feedback and rating will be publicly displayed on the mentor’s page.

Career progress tracking is available to mentees who subscribe to the Pro Plan and who are enrolled in the P-Level (Placement) mentorship model.

Your progress is managed against a structured plan that is jointly overseen by the Careersa team and the mentors involved. The plan defines clear objectives, timelines, and responsibilities so you always know what has been completed, what is in progress, and what comes next.

You receive periodic progress reviews that summarize achievements, quantify changes in your skills profile, and outline the next actions. If blockers arise, the Careersa team coordinates with your mentors to adjust the plan, add resources, or escalate support where needed.
