What subscription plans are available?
Careersa offers four plans:
Free – Basic tools with limited resume support and no included mentorship.
Basic – Expanded resume and cover letter tools with limited mentorship access.
Standard – Unlimited resume, cover letter, and career tools with optional mentorship booking.
Pro – Full support including all tools, expert guidance, and structured mentorship designed to strengthen your career opportunities.
Why did my payment fail?
Most failed payments are due to expired cards or mismatched billing details. Update your payment information and retry. If problems persist, contact support.
What is the refund policy?
Refunds are provided for technical failures, unauthorized charges, or disputes where Careersa rules were not followed. Requests must be submitted within 14 days of the transaction. This refund policy is final and no additional policy applies.
How does Careersa handle taxes?
Careersa complies with applicable tax regulations. Mentors and users are responsible for meeting their personal or business tax obligations. This statement reflects the entirety of Careersa’s tax-related obligations toward users and mentors.
