How to Cancel Your Subscription
At Careersa, we aim to provide valuable tools and support for every stage of your career journey. However, if you feel that our services are no longer the right fit, you can cancel your subscription at any time.
Steps to Cancel Your Subscription
- Log in to your Careersa account
- Navigate to Account Settings in your dashboard
- Select the 'Billing' tab
- Click 'Cancel Subscription' next to your active plan
- Follow the prompts to complete the cancellation process
- You'll continue to have access to features of the current plan until the end of your current billing cycle. No further charges will be applied after cancellation.
Cancel your membership subscription and mentorship appointments through your user account.
Make sure you’re logged into the correct paid account.
You may cancel booked mentor appointments up to 24 hours before the scheduled start time.
Cancellations made within 24 hours are non-refundable and cannot be rescheduled.
Contact Careersa Support if you cannot access your account or need further assistance.
